These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and Club333 ("Club333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://club333.cam and any related subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, or affiliated applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with Club333's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Club333 operates primarily for the Malaysian market. Currency references throughout these Terms are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on the Club333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Club333 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in a professional, commercial, or business capacity.
• You have not previously had an Account with Club333 suspended or terminated for cause.

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change.

Club333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any stage:

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, the closure of the Account if documentation is not provided.

By using the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following general terms of use govern your access to and use of all Club333 Services:

• Your Account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by Club333.
• You must not exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error may be voided at Club333's discretion.
• You must ensure your Device is free from malware and that your internet connection is secure when accessing your Account.
• Club333 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for fraud, collusion, matched betting, and other prohibited activities.

Club333 provides its Services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

All financial transactions on the Club333 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Club333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian members:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost (Axiata), GrabPay — minimum deposit RM30, processing time instant.
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect — minimum deposit RM50, processing time 5–15 minutes.
• DuitNow Instant Transfer — minimum deposit RM30, processing time instant.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC) — minimum deposit equivalent to MYR 100, processing time 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawal Conditions: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Club333 compliance.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fully cleared before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Club333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above RM10,000 or where unusual patterns are identified.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallets and FPX; equivalent of RM100 for cryptocurrency.

Club333 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• One Bonus Per Member: Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in the specific promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games contribute 10–20%; sports bets contribute 50%.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. This cap is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet or spin. Exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period specified in the promotional terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting).
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the relevant promotion and applies only to bonus winnings — your deposited real-money balance is not affected.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Using bonus funds on restricted games may result in the bonus being voided.

Club333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion page and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Each gaming product offered on the Club333 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or product interface. In addition, the following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Palpable Errors: Club333 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Result Determination: For sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body. For live casino and RNG games, results are determined by the certified random number generation system.
• Incomplete Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled conclusion, bets may be voided and stakes returned at Club333's discretion in accordance with applicable product rules.
• Connection Interruptions: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, any bet already confirmed and accepted by the Platform server will stand. Club333 is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the Member's side.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each betting market and game interface. These limits may vary by product, account tier, and promotional status.

• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using arbitrage, matched betting techniques, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms with the intent to guarantee profit irrespective of game outcome.
• Deploying software robots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any component of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other Members or Club333 staff.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account credentials or Account access to third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method.

All content on the Club333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of Club333 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Club333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from connection failures, Device malfunction, or service interruptions beyond Club333's reasonable control.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party game providers or data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred on the Platform, which are a known and accepted risk of participation in gaming activities.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Club333's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury resulting from Club333's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Club333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice if, in Club333's reasonable determination:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or criminal activity is associated with your Account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel Club333 to restrict access.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under Club333's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon termination for cause, Club333 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no misconduct is substantiated, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Accounts may do so at any time by contacting Club333 support via live chat. Real-money balances will be processed for return within the standard withdrawal timeframes following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Club333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notification to the email address registered with your Account.

Amended Terms take effect from the date stated in the updated document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Club333's jurisdiction of operation.

Club333 operates under an international gaming licence.
